Shipping policy

Once your order is placed it will be reviewed. SS Beauty Supply Inc reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.


We apologize, but currently we are unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of the United States.

Business Days:

Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.

Orders received by 11am PST on business days will be shipped the same day.

Orders made after 11am PST will ship the following business day.

Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

If you have a question about the status of your order, please reference the tracking number in your confirmation email or contact us. Please allow 24 business hours to receive a response.

Return / Exchange policy 

Purchases made on this website may be returned within 60 days of purchase by contacting us. We will provide a return authorization number as well as shipping instructions for your return package. Return shipping and handling charges are the customer's responsibility.

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear. However, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged, please contact us immediately. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged product for inspection. If, after having examined the product, we confirm that it is damaged, we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged product to us at our expense and issue a refund for the price you paid for the product to the original purchaser’s method of payment. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.
